I don’t make time to run errands. I find them annoying and time-consuming. But the longer I put them off, the more they pile up… until I get so overwhelmed and intimidated that I feel too paralyzed to start.
I don’t make time to run errands. I find them annoying and time-consuming. But the longer I put them off, the more they pile up… until I get so overwhelmed and intimidated that I feel too paralyzed to start.
Laundry is exhausting, especially for people with ADHD. It’s a tedious, multi-hour sustained effort with so many steps and hurdles to stumble over. No wonder I feel like I failed before I even start.
